    Evidence:''We can't allow things to be done to them in the name of confidentiality or privacy by professionals who aren't reponsible for them, no matter how well-meaning those professionals may be.

    evidence-Although 82 percent of all teen-agers on contraceptives are on the pill, half don't return to the clinics for follow-up visits.
    reasoning-trying to say teens are not responsible to go back to there doctor for a follow up

  3. The claim of this article is that parents have to notified when their adolescent child receive birth control.

    The evidence is,"The department of health and human services has proposed a regulation that would require that parents would be notified when minors treated in federally financed facilities receive prescription contraceptives."

    The reasoning for the evidence is that parents will be notified when their child gets some sort of birth control.
